This massage is great for women who has had a long work week, or a busy woman with a long to do list. You need to escape reality and find peace for your body to relax, and unwind. You may be a woman who tosses and turns at night, your mind races and can not get a restful sleep.
This massage is great for women who suffer from tension headaches frequently, or women who have a high stressful job, or moms that are on their last thread from long to do lists. You may be a woman that has discomfort from an old injury; or you are looking for relief in a specific area.
This massage is provided for both pre and postnatal. I can accommodate for all stages of pregnancy. Mommies to be needing to feel relaxed, or help with discomfort.
All sessions include a detailed consultation, as well as recommendations for future sessions.
This will be your first initial massage for Treatment. We will take a detailed consultation, followed by a 90 Minute massage session. During the session I will assess your body/muscles as a whole. I will find out details about how your body moves on a daily basis as well as find out past history of anything and everything your body has been through (sports, exercise, how you sleep, how you sit, etc.) After session we will discuss my findings and discuss recommendations for future sessions. We will map out what your treatment plan will look like to set forth a goal for you to grow to a more healthier you!
