Hi, I’m Stephanie! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, in the Palm Coast area. I have been a therapist for over 5 years, with knowledge on how the body moves in ways that put our muscles into tension and helping people get to a more healthier lifestyle. 

As a child, I was a competitive gymnast, until I was injured at the age of fourteen, where then I became a coach through years into my twenties. Through high school, I worked with Adult education within our public school system, with the extended day program, as well as summer camps to accelerate mental and physical education with children. We had a blast and made some amazing memories, which brought me to a place wanting to help people in adulthood to remind them of what they once had, and encourage them that they can have it again and maintain it for life! 

Why just women? I have experienced some things in my life, that has allowed me the opportunity to empower women to gain back their confidence, and self worth, to help them see their own light and be the women they were always meant to be!

I am a mom, wife, working woman, and I wear multiple hats, just like every woman in this community! Whether it be tension in your neck and shoulders, still going on a long lasting migraine, or a sore achy back and just can’t seem to get comfortable in bed to get a restful sleep, you’ll find relaxation and relief on my massage table. You will get encouragement to propel your own life into a more positive one with your family and loved ones.

I do take male clients on a case to case basis.
